Shimanos R5800 105 Hydraulic groupset delivers smooth and quiet gear shifting, with an excellent range of gears courtesy of the 50-34t compact 105 chainset and 11-28t cassette. This is enough range for keen climbs and fast descents alike. This is where the hydraulic disc brakes come into their own, with much greater braking power and control vs a rim braked bike. Tyres are also vitally important for control, and Vittoria Rubino Pro tyres with Graphene 2.0 compound offer great grip and puncture resistance while rolling quickly too.
